NASCAR 25 Getting Portland International Raceway in 2026

iRacing Studios has announced that NASCAR 25 will receive Portland International Raceway as a free update in January 2026. This patch addresses one of the most glaring holes in NASCAR 25’s initial launch content.

Published by iRacing Studios in September 2024, the game was released without a complete track roster despite being an official NASCAR. The goal of the title was to replicate the 2025 season, making the omission very surprising.

The track was recently laser-scanned and added to iRacing itself as part of the simulation’s Season 2 2025 build in March 2025. iRacing has been porting tracks and assets from its flagship simulation platform into the more accessible NASCAR 25 game, though Portland was curiously absent at launch.

In addition to Portland, Sonoma Raceway will receive a complete refresh with new racing surfaces and updated artwork.

The update also expands customization options for online racing, including the ability to select your own race number.

No specific release date has been provided beyond the January 2026 window. The update will be available across all platforms: PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
