The update adds the 2025 GT World Challenge liveries to the sim after over 18 months without significant updates.<\/p>\n<h2>What&#8217;s In The Final Update?<\/h2>\n<p>PC players can download the free update now from Steam, though there&#8217;s no word yet on when PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S users will receive it. The update adds the up to date real-world liveries from the 2025 GT World Challenge series.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the notable additions are Alessio Picariello, Sven M\u00fcller, and Patric Niederhauser&#8217;s Rutronik Racing Porsche. Other liveries include Team WRT BMW M4 GT3 Evo of Charles Weerts and Kelvin Van Der Linde. Now there are far more updated liveries than what we listed here, but consider this a taste of what&#8217;s in the update.<\/p>\n<h3>What&#8217;s Next?<\/h3>\n<p>Back in June 2025, Kunos had hinted that they were weighing up future content updates for Assetto Corsa Competizione; however, no firm decisions had been made.<\/p>\n<p>At October&#8217;s SimRacing Expo, Kunos co-founder Marco Massarutto finally confirmed what many suspected: &#8220;So for Competizione, we are focused on providing the 2025 livery set for this season. But all the effort of the team is focused on Evo.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h4>What&#8217;s Next?<\/h4>\n<p>For GT3 fans, the future is Assetto Corsa EVO despite EVO aiming to be a broader sim covering multiple all sorts of racing disciplines rather than focusing exclusively on GT3.\u00a0 Although AC EVO has a promising future, the initial launch leaves us with the\u00a0 question, can it possibly capture the same magic as ACC or AC1?<\/p>\n<p>For now, Assetto Corsa Competizione remains fully playable and has a very active and dedicated community, by no means is the\u00a0 game disappearing overnight.
