Reiza Studios has just confirmed a long rumored deal. Aston Martin is officially coming to Automobilista 2<\/em>. Included in the deal are the British marque\u2019s latest halo projects, the V12-powered Valkyrie AMR-LMH and the new Vantage AMR GT3 Evo. Soon soon racers will be screaming around the sim\u2019s laser-scanned circuits in these cars. A road-going Valkyrie is also on the workbench, marking the first time any Aston has appeared in AMS2.<\/p>\n

Studio head Renato Simioni broke the news in an interview with Traxion, he explained that the next DLC will pivot the sim back toward modern endurance racing after March\u2019s wild Super Trophy Truck pack. \u201cIf we\u2019re going to get a license, we better go the full way,\u201d he joked when asked whether both GT3 and LMH versions were on the table.<\/p>\n

Filling the IMSA Gaps<\/h3>\n

Automobilista 2<\/em> picked up official IMSA certification last year, but its GTP and GTD classes still missed a few key players. Adding the Valkyrie plugs the LMH shaped hole next to Cadillac, Porsche, BMW and Lamborghini, while the Vantage GT3 gives Mercedes AMG GT3, Porsche 911 GT3R, BMW M4 GT3 and Chevy someone new to scrap with in GTD.<\/p>\n
